6 Cancer
Cancers sometimes get a bad rap for being highly sensitive. But their "deep emotional connection" is part of what makes them one of the most thoughtful signs out there, according to Raquel Rodriguez, an experienced astrologer and founder of Your Zodiac.
"They have an innate ability to understand and comfort others, always considering their needs and offering support in meaningful ways," she explains. "Caring and nurturing by nature, they go the extra mile to ensure the well-being and happiness of their loved ones."
5 Pisces
It might be no surprise that another water sign ranks high in terms of thoughtfulness. Like Cancers, Pisces are known for having a more empathetic nature than others.
This trait "plays a significant role in making them highly thoughtful individuals who are always ready to provide comfort, support, and understanding when needed," says astrologer Bella Nguen, who works as an astrology columnist at Indielogy Magazine.
"Being able to put themselves in somebody else's shoes translates into their genuine desire to alleviate suffering," Nguen adds.
4 Virgo
This earth sign is known for operating with a more analytical mindset, which helps them easily break down and decipher what the people around them are going through.
"They pay attention to detail and anticipate others' needs, often going above and beyond to offer practical assistance and guidance," Rodriguez explains.
"Virgos stand out for their thoughtfulness that they bring into even routine activities," adds Nguen, who says their "meticulous planning" is part of why they're so considerate.
3 Taurus
As another earth sign, Taurus also takes an analytical approach to most things. But what sets this sign a step above Virgo is their deep dependability.
"Taurus individuals are known for their unwavering loyalty and steadfast support," Rodriguez explains.
This also makes them the ideal friend to "have around during tough times," according to Nguen. She says this sign has an "intuitive ability concerning how others would want things done," which makes them thoughtful and comforting.

2 Scorpio
Rounding out the water signs, Scorpios are one of the most thoughtful zodiacs out there because of their "profound intuition and fierce protectiveness," Rodriguez tells Best Life.
Scorpios often get falsely characterized as fake but similar to Taurus, they actually have a strong sense of loyalty and will do anything to shield their loved ones from harm.
"Scorpios also have an uncanny ability to sense the deeper emotions and desires of those around them," Rodriguez adds. "So their thoughtfulness goes beyond surface-level gestures, as they delve into the hidden realms of the human psyche."
1 Libra
Leading the pack as the most thoughtful zodiac sign is Libra. Unlike the others on the list, this is the only air sign to make the cut. But what places them in the top spot is "their strong sense of fairness and justice," Nguen tells Best Life.
As Nguen further explains, this means Libra individuals are naturally suited to navigating conflicts, fostering healthy relationships, and communicating their thoughts without aggression.
"Their natural inclination towards trying to see multiple perspectives and make fair decisions not only makes them one of the most thoughtful signs but also helps in creating harmonious relationships," she says.
