Kate Hudson has made a career of portraying other people on screen, and it seems that the actor's teenage son may be following in her footsteps. Hudson's eldest child, 16-year-old Ryder Robinson, whom she shares with ex-husband and Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, took it upon himself to not only make a cameo in his mom's recent Instagram video, but he stole the spotlight with a dead-on impression of her. In the video, Robinson nails his mom's voice and demeanor as he imitates her. "Kate Hudson here. I know you know me, because you follow me," says the teen, as his mom looks on, smiling. "So, today we're going to be making a goji berry In Bloom protein shake. It's delicious, I give it to my kids. They love it."
"Every day. This is my life every day with @mr.ryderrobinson," Hudson captioned the hilarious video.
This isn't the first time Robinson has poked fun at his famous mom on social media. A week prior, while Hudson was sharing a recipe with fans on Instagram, Robinson made his presence known by doing an interpretive dance in the background, announcing, "I painted my nails just for this." Alec Baldwin may never live down the 2007 voicemail he left for his then-11-year-old daughter, Ireland, in which he called the model/actor a "rude, thoughtless little pig." It's clear that Ireland hasn't forgotten about it either. In a July TikTok, Ireland responded to her critics with a video captioned, "You think you can hurt my feelings? In April, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to do a makeup tutorial for her fans, but the demonstration didn't exactly go as she'd hoped. "I'm hiding in the guest room because my kids will not leave me alone," Kim told her audience, to which her 6-year-old daughter North, off-screen, replied, "Hey! That's mean!"
